Work on removing Afghan carriers from EU blacklist 'almost' complete

Afghanistan Civil Aviation Authority head Mahmood Shah Habibi reportedly said the authority has "almost" finalised work on removing Afghan carriers from the list of airlines banned from operating in the EU (TOLOnews, 21-May-2018). He added: "It is time for airlines to make themselves ready".
