Wizz Air announced (02-Mar-2018) plans to expand its Vienna base with the addition of two A321 aircraft by Mar-2019 and the launch of the following nine services:
- Catania: Three times weekly from 23-Feb-2019;
- Kharkiv: Twice weekly from 25-Nov-2018, increasing to three times weekly from 23-Mar-2019;
- Lisbon: Four times weekly from 22-Feb-2019;
- Madrid: Three times weekly from 23-Feb-2019, increasing to daily from 22-Mar-2019;
- Malmo: Four times weekly from 22-Mar-2019;
- Milan Malpensa: Daily from 22-Feb-2019;
- Nice: Four times weekly from 22-Feb-2019;
- Reykjavik: Three times weekly from 23-Mar-2019;
- Stockholm Skavsta: Four times weekly from 22-Mar-2019.
