Wizz Air announced (31-Jul-2018) plans to bolster its London Luton Airport base with a ninth stationed A321 and new routes. The new services include seven times weekly Luton–Lisbonservice from 28-Oct-2018 and three times weekly Luton-Kharkivservice from 13-Nov-2018. The airline will also increase Pristinafrequency from three to five times weekly, Tirana frequency from three to four times weekly and Satu Mare frequency from twice to three times weekly. The additional A321 at London Luton will bring Wizz Air’s total investment in UK operations to almost USD1 billion in 2018. [more – original PR]
