Washington DC becomes first US destination to partner with WeChat

    Destination DC (DDC), the official destination marketing organisation (DMO) for Washington DC, stated (02-Apr-2018) it has become the first DMO in the US to officially partner with WeChat. “By expanding our partnership with WeChat, we are able to communicate with potential Chinese visitors on the platform they use most. We can also enhance the visitor experience for more than 300,000 Chinese travellers who visit Washington, DC every year”, DDC CEO and president Elliott L Ferguson stated.
