Volaris CEO: 'We’re not comparing [our cost structure] to air carriers...but to bus'

CAPA - Centre for Aviation, in a report entitled: 'Volaris: diverting passengers from buses to air travel reaps rewards' stated (04-Mar-2020) Volaris had recently engaged in deeper market research of the cultural and social backgrounds of bus passengers. That revealed that approximately 6% of Volaris' new passengers are first time flyers.
