Viva Air Peru: Direct sales makes up to 65% of the carrier’s total bookings

    Viva Air Peru CCO Francesca Bulnes commented on the carrier’s sales, stating that between 60% and 65% of bookings are made though the carrier’s website and the rest through travel agencies (TNews, 12-Sep-2019). As previously reported by CAPA, the carrier went live on Amadeus in Sep-2019 and plans to add Sabre in Nov-2019. By the end of 2019, the carrier expects agent bookings to represent 60% of total bookings.
