Viva Air Colombia to operate up to 20% of normal network upon resumption

Viva Air Colombia CEO Felix Antelo commented on plans for resumption of operation in the Colombian market, stating: "If we assume that we will resume operations in Colombia on 01-Jun-2020, we estimate we will operate a network which will be between 10% and 20% smaller compared to what we had been operating up until 20-Mar-2020" (La Republica, 13-May-2020). The carrier expects to transport between three million and 3.5 million passengers in 2020, 50% less than initially expected.
