Virgin Australia reacquires 100% stake in Velocity Frequent Flyer

Virgin Australia acquired (26-Nov-2019) an approximate 35% minority investment in Velocity Frequent Flyer and owns 100% of the programme as a result. As previously reported by CAPA, the carrier entered a term sheet with Affinity to buy back Affinity's 35% minority investment in Velocity Frequent Flyer for AUD700 million (USD473.5 million).
