Virgin Australia Group outlines FY2020 diversity and inclusion objectives

    Virgin Australia Group outlined (18-Sep-2019) the following diversity and inclusion objectives for FY2020:

    • Maintain female representation in senior executive positions above 36%;
    • Continue to embed a strong culture of inclusion where team members of diverse backgrounds, experiences and attributes thrive;
    • Continue to expand the Group’s positive impact on the indigenous community and establish the Group’s first ‘Reconciliation Action Plan’.
