Vinpearl Air to commence domestic and international operations with six aircraft in Jun-2020

    Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) director Dinh Viet Thang reported plans for Vinpearl Air, an airline subsidiary of Vingroup, to commence domestic and international operations with a fleet of six aircraft in Jul-2020 (Vietnam Plus, 21-Aug-2019). Mr Thang added the carrier will increase to 36 aircraft and will operate 62 domestic and 83 international routes by 2025. The fleet could comprise A320, A321, A330, A350, Boeing 737 or 787 aircraft. The carrier will be based at Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport.
