Velocity Frequent Flyer selects Amadeus technology to support growth and digital transformation

    Velocity Frequent Flyer chief information officer Caroline Rockett reported (08-Mar-2019) the Virgin Australia Airlines loyalty programme is focusing on understanding members’ preferences to tailor the offering and present the most rewarding experience possible. The programme has adopted the new Amadeus Loyalty Management platform which will “deliver all the essential capabilities required for a dynamic loyalty programme, including member and partner management capabilities, real-time earn and redemption handling, and easy integration with other vital applications in our existing IT ecosystem” said Ms Rockett. The new platform will also offer greater scalability, operability, and flexibility to enable future growth. Velocity Frequent Flyer partners with Amadeus to fuel growth and digital transformation.
