Uzbekistan Airways is reportedly interested in operating international services to Canada, Finland, Norway and US via St Petersburg if granted fifth freedom rights (Trend News Agency/sputniknews.ru, 13-Nov-2019). As previously reported by CAPA, Saint Petersburg Pulkovo Airport applied to Russia's Ministry of Transport for the authorisation of seventh freedom rights on 33 international routes.
