US Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) released (19-Feb-2020) the Air Travel Consumer Report for Dec-2019 and FY2019, which found the following details regarding complaints for airline service, disabled passenger treatment and discrimination:
- Dec-2019:
- Airline service: 1242, +23.7% year-on-year;
- Disabled passenger treatment: 68, down from 92;
- Discrimination: Nine, up from four;
- FY2019:
- Airline service: 15,332, -1.4%;
- Disabled passenger treatment: 905, +9.4%;
