- American Airlines: USD1.2 billion;
- United Airlines: USD888.7 million;
- Delta Air Lines: USD788.4 million;
- Spirit Airlines: USD638.2 million;
- Frontier Airlines: USD366.4 million;
- JetBlue Airways: USD321.1 million;
- Alaska Airlines: USD279.6 million;
- Allegiant Air: USD219.5 million;
- Hawaiian Airlines: USD84.7 million;
- Southwest Airlines: USD49.9 million;
- Sun Country: USD36.1 million.
