Ural Airlines lifts restrictions on provision of inflight meals

10 April, 2019

Ural Airlines lifted restrictions on the size and offer of inflight meals, while retaining meal free fares on low cost model services (TASS, 09-Apr-2019). Ural Airlines planned to reduce inflight meals until the end of Mar-2019 to optimise costs and prevent airfare increases amid higher fuel and airport costs, as previously reported by CAPA. The carrier applies the low cost model on services from Zhukovsky to Nice, Paris, Prague and Rome, and services from Moscow Domodedovo to Bordeaux, Larnaca, Montpellier, Surgut, St Petersburg, Tyumen and Venice.
