United to suspend Los Angeles-Singapore service, increase San Francisco-Singapore frequency

United Airlines plans to suspend daily Los Angeles-Singapore service, effective 25-Oct-2018, and increase San Francisco-Singapore frequency from daily to twice daily, effective 26-Oct-2018, according to the CAPA Route Changes Database. As previously reported by CAPA, Singapore Airlines plans to commence nonstop Singapore-Los Angeles service in the near future. Singapore Airlines is the only other carrier operating nonstop between San Francisco and Singapore, according to OAG.
