Air New Zealand announced (11-Dec-2018) Aviation and Marine Engineers Association (AMEA) and E tū unions extended engineering personnel strike notices to include 21/22/23-Dec-2018. The carrier is “working on contingency plans” to ensure continuation of operations, however “some disruption would be inevitable”. The carrier assured no delays or cancellations are currently in place and normal fare conditions remain.
