Ukraine's Minister for Infrastructure Volodymyr Omelyan stated negotiations are being conducted with two LCCs about the launch of Ukraine services in 2018 (5.ua/ukrinform.ru, 23-Feb-2018). Mr Omelyan said he is 90% certain an agreement will be reached with one of the carriers and 50% certain in relation to the second carrier.
