- EcoFly: 15kg checked baggage, 8kg cabin baggage, catering, refund for a fee and paid reissue;
- ExtraFly: 20kg checked baggage, 8kg cabin baggage, catering, refund for a fee, paid reissue, free seat selection and additional mile points;
- PrimeFly: 25kg checked baggage, 8kg cabin baggage, catering, full refund, free reissue, free seat selection and additional mile points.
Business class fares offer passengers 30kg of checked baggage, two 8kg cabin baggage units, catering, a full refund, free reissue and free seat selection.
