Tourism Solomons CEO: Travel bubble 'the best way' for Australia and New Zealand to assist recovery

Tourism Solomons CEO Josefa Tuamoto urged Australia and New Zealand's Governments to include the Solomon Islands in a travel bubble, as the country is "in very strong position to be considered one of the safest travel destinations for Australians and New Zealanders" (SPTO, 15-Jun-2020). Mr Tuamoto said: "Tourism represents a key economic driver, it is vital we reset the sector in the shortest possible time… This really is the best way Australia and New Zealand can help us get back on our feet".
