Tigerair Australia launches Brisbane-Canberra service, increases Melbourne-Canberra frequency

Tigerair Australia launched (14-Sep-2017) three times weekly Brisbane-Canberra service on 14-Sep-2017. The new service is scheduled for a midmorning departure from Brisbane and a lunchtime departure from Canberra. The airline will also increase Melbourne-Canberra frequency from seven to eight times weekly with an additional Friday service from 15-Sep-2017. With eight weekly return services from Melbourne and three from Brisbane, Tigerair Australia will be providing close to 4000 seats weekly or over 200,000 seats annually through Canberra Airport.
