TAP Portugal is deliberating with the Argentine Government over the possibility of a direct service between Lisbon and Buenos Aires (Journal de Negocios/Aeroin, 26-Jan-2018). Minister for Tourism Gustavo Santos stated he believes the emerging market between the countries has room for growth. Argentina is hopeful of a direct connection as it continues to regulate the industry and seek more global connections, Mr Santos added.
