TACV commences Fortaleza, Paris and Recife services from new Sal Airport hub

TACV commenced twice weekly Sal-Fortaleza service on 01-Feb-2018 and twice weekly Sal-Paris CDG and Sal-Recife services on 02-Feb-2018, according to the CAPA Route Changes Database. The airline also increased Sal-Lisbon frequency from weekly to five times weekly from 01-Feb-2018 and will increase Sal-Praia frequency from weekly to twice weekly, effective 08-Feb-2018. The additional services form part of the airline's plans to establish Sal Amilcar Cabral International Airport as its main hub, connecting Africa, the Americas and Europe (Inforpress/boainformacao.com.br, 02-Feb-2018). TACV operates the services with two Boeing 757-200s leased from Icelandair.
