Swedavia inaugurated (06-Feb-2020) the new 503 room Comfort Hotel Arlanda Airport, adjacent to Stockholm Arlanda Airport terminals and SkyCity. The new hotel features a rooftop bar, lounge and gym facilities and will increase the airport's hotel room capacity to around 1250. The sale of the property was carried out in 2017 at an underlying value of more than SEK1.3 billion (EUR123 million), with capital gain to be reported for 1Q2020. [more - original PR]
