Star Air (India) CEO Simran Singh Tiwana reported the airline plans to acquire additional Embraer regional jet aircraft (Live Mint, 21-Feb-2019). Mr Tiwana said Star Air will deploy the aircraft on the 22 routes it was awarded under the regional connectivity scheme.
