Philippine Airlines president and COO Jaime Bautista said the acquisition of a 9.5% stake in the airline's parent company PAL Holdings by ANA Holdings will be "very much enough" to deliver stability to Philippine Airlines (Nikkei, 09-Feb-2019). Mr Bautista added: "ANA's participation in our corporate structure will bring the best practices".
