Spirit Airlines introduces new seating for pax, features more pre recline and width

Spirit Airlines unveiled (09-Sep-2019) new seating for passengers, created by Acro Aircraft Seating. The seats come in a matte black colour with yellow border stitching and feature nearly one more inch of pre recline compared to Spirit's current seating configuration, as well as thicker padding, ergonomically designed lumbar support, a full size tray table and an elevated literature pocket. Middle seats will gain an additional inch of width, while seats situated in the exit rows will also receive more pre recline than those in other rows. The carrier will also update its 'Big Front Seats' with yellow and black stitching, a new ergonomically improved headrest with plush memory foam and also memory foam in the seat cushion.
