South Korea's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) announced (17-Feb-2020) a series of measures to support the aviation industry in response to the effect of novel coronavirus on travel. Highlights include:
- Emergency loans of up to KRW300 (USD250 million) for airlines;
- Temporary fee suspension for unused airport slots;
- Suspension of payment of airport fees for three months from Mar-2020;
- Reduction of airport fees from Jun-2020;
