South Korea's MOLIT confirmed (08-Apr-2018) South Korea and Latvia signed a preliminary agreement to open a direct air route between the countries. MOLIT agreed with Latvia that services will operate three times weekly. The agreement also covers codeshare services. [more - original PR - Korean]
