Solomon Islands vaccine requirements to include Papua New Guinea and Kiribati

Solomon Airlines, via its official website, stated (Jan-2020) Solomon Islands Ministry of Health and Medical Services updated travel advice for passengers travelling to the Solomon Islands. Updated advice reported all non residents entering from Papua New Guinea and Kiribati will be required to provide proof of vaccination against measles at least 14 days prior to their date of arrival, effective 20-Jan-2020. Vaccination requirements do not apply to infants less than six months of age, pregnant women or persons carrying documentary evidence of contraindications for measles vaccination.
