Solomon Airlines revised (06-Feb-2020) the following schedules for international services:
- Honiara-Tarawa with connections from Brisbane: Changed from Wednesday to Monday, with return service on Tuesday, effective 30-Mar-2020;
- Honiara-Port Vila-Nadi: Service to depart on Wednesday and return on Thursday, effective 01-Apr-2020. Fiji Airways and Solomon Airlines codeshare Nadi-Honiara service operates on Saturdays.
Solomon Airlines CEO Brett Gebers said the revised schedules are in response to passengers' needs and would provide travellers to Fiji improved options, now including both midweek and weekend departures to Nadi. Mr Gebers said the retimed Tarawa schedule with direct connections from Brisbane and now arriving on a Monday would allow for a fuller workday week in Kiribati. [more - original PR]
