Smiles: 'The recovery is surpassing our most optimistic expectations'

Gol's FFP Smiles recorded gross ticket sales in Aug-2020 that were 76% of Aug-2019 levels (Panrotas, 15-Sep-2020). Smiles' revenues reached 62% of Aug-2019 revenue, a 16pp increase compared to 2Q2020. Smiles CFO and IR director Hugo Reis stated: "The recovery is surpassing our most optimistic expectations… Today we have a repressed demand for travelling".
