SKY Airline postpones Santiago-Buenos Aires launch due to regulation technicalities

SKY Airline reportedly postponed launch of Santiago-Buenos Aires El Palomar from 17-Dec-2018 to 13-Jan-2019 due to regulation issues with ground handling (Clarin, 11-Dec-2018). In spite of the country's aero commercial deregulation, SKY Airline would still be required to outsource ground handling operations to Intercargo due to regulation technicalities.
