Singapore and Rwanda sign air services agreement

Singapore and Rwanda signed (15-Jun-2018) an air services agreement on 14-Jun-2018, formalising an agreement concluded in 2010. Airlines of Singapore and Rwanda are now able to operate any number of passenger and cargo services between the countries, and via and beyond to any third country, with no restrictions on capacity, frequency, aircraft type or routing.
