Singapore Airlines (SIA) launched (11-Jul-2019) Line Maintenance Partnership (Thailand) Company, a JV with NokScoot, following an agreement between the parties signed on 29-Mar-2019. The JV has an issued share capital of THB63.7 million (USD2 million) comprising 636,800 ordinary shares.
