Scoot appoints Essence as media agency and extends tenure of creative agency BLK J

Scoot appointed (05-Mar-2020) Essence as its media agency for the two years to Mar-2022, with an option to renew for a further two years to Mar-2024. Scoot also extended the tenure of its creative agency BLK J from 01-Apr-2020 to 31-Mar-2022. Essence will provide Scoot with media strategy, planning and buying services for its global business, including in mainland China. Scoot VP marketing Jacqueline Loh said the partnership will help improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Ms Loh added: "The current operating climate is extremely challenging and Scoot looks forward to working together with both Essence and BLK J to plan ahead for when the global economy recovers from COVID-19".
