Samoa Airways flight schedule resumes from 15-Jan-2019 following unplanned stopover in Sydney

    Samoa Airways, via its official Facebook account, reported (14-Jan-2019) international service schedule will resume from 15-Jan-2019 after its Boeing 737-800 aircraft made an unplanned overnight stopover in Sydney on 05-Jan-2019 due to unsuitable weather conditions and the Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport curfew. The carrier chartered a Qantas 737-800 aircraft on 10-Jan-2019 to clear a backlog on Sydney-Apia service.
