Salvador Airport's modernised layout increases commercial offer for departing passengers

VINCI Airports reported (30-Aug-2019) the modernised terminal layout at Salvador Luis E Magalhaes Airport features a unified boarding area which "allows all passengers to circulate in the same environment and enjoy all the commercial facilities and services". VINCI noted that with the new layout, international passengers will only be directed to the new pier when boarding. Salvador Airport CEO Júlio Ribas stated: "Our goal is for passengers to have more food options after checking their luggage and going through the Xray, slightly changing people's view of arriving just to board".
