Northern Capital Gateway commercial director Evgeniy Ilyin said a master plan for Saint Petersburg Pulkovo Airport phase two reconstruction will be presented by the end of 2019 (Interfax, 03-Sep-2019). Mr Ilyin added development plans will be affected by Russia's Ministry of Transport's decision on the introduction of Open Skies at the airport. The decision is expected by 2020.
