Ryanair interested in Thomas Cook Airlines slots if rival carrier gets broken up

    Ryanair chief marketing officer Kenny Jacobs said the carrier is interested in buying selected airport slots belonging to Thomas Cook Airlines (City AM/Financial Times, 14-Feb-2019). Commenting on the possibility of Thomas Cook Group offloading its airline operations, Mr Jacobs said: “If it goes that way and it gets broken up, are we interested in slots at certain airports? We would be”.
