Ryanair chief marketing officer Kenny Jacobs said the carrier will not show the Boeing 737 'MAX' designation on its booking system or website (aeroTELEGRAPH, 31-Jan-2020). "We're not doing that now and we don't plan to it... We just call them 737. We call all our planes 737". He also said, "customers will get used to it" as the 737 MAX is gradually reincorporated into the fleet, adding the aircraft will be the "best-tested aircraft in the world" when reintroduced.
