Russia's Press Secretary to the President Dmitry Peskov reported Russia will only restore air links with Georgia when it is clear that there will be no resumption of the "aggressive channel" in relations between the countries (TASS, 04-Oct-2019). Mr Peskov added that what is needed is patience to "fix the moment that will be suitable for the resumption of air traffic".
