Russia to allow entry using electronic visas at St Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast from 01-Oct-2019

Russia's President Vladimir Putin signed (19-Jul-2019) a decree on the launch of eight day electronic visas for foreign citizens entering St Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast, effective 01-Oct-2019. The government is to set out a list of countries, the citizens of which will be eligible for electronic visas, and determine the points of entry at which foreign citizens will be permitted to enter.
