Royal Schiphol Group/QIC acquires 70% stake in Hobart Airport

Royal Schiphol Group/Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) consortium won (01-Oct-2019) a bid for a 70% stake in Hobart Airport. Both partners will acquire a 35% stake and act as independent shareholders. Tasplan Superannuation Fund will remain a shareholder for the remaining 30%. [more - original PR]
