Royal Air Maroc developing new strategy

    Royal Air Maroc chairman and CEO Abdelhamid Addou said the airline is developing a new strategy, to be released in the coming months (L’Economiste.com, 19-Jan-2018). The plan will include doubling fleet capacity, developing Casablanca as a hub for Africawith connections to the Americas and Europe, developing long haul operations, improving service quality and customer experience and expanding training and infrastructure. Mr Addou said the carrier expects to receive four Boeing 737 MAX and four 787 aircraft between 2018 and Jun-2019 (L’Economiste.com, 19-Jan-2018). The 787s will be delivered between Dec-2018 and Mar-2019.
