Regional Express (Rex) commended (16-Jul-2019) Australia's Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) for "devoting considerable resources" in its recent safety audit at Rex's heavy maintenance facility in Wagga Wagga on 04/05-Jul-2019. Rex deputy chairman John Sharp commended CASA for "ensuring that the audit report was published soon after the audit so that the public can be reassured quickly of the excellent safety standards of Rex".
