Regstaer opened a 120sqm duty free arrivals store at Moscow Vnukovo Airport on 19-Jan-2019 (Moodie Davitt Report/trbusiness.com, 21-Jan-2019). The store will trade under the Duty Free Moscow brand. Regstaer commercial director Vadim Sagiev said: "The first results are encouraging though it is difficult to estimate the potential of the arrivals business in comparison to departure duty free". Russia's Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed an order on the sale of duty free products to arriving passengers in Dec-2018, as previously reported by CAPA.
