Record overseas visitor arrivals to New Zealand

New Zealand has once again recorded its highest overseas visitor arrivals ever, reaching an impressive 3.67 million people for the year ending Oct-2017. This represents an 8% increase year-on-year and more than 49% in the last decade since 2008. The influx of new arrivals began in 2013 and has since seen exponential growth since then. Capacity has also increased along with tourism which has seen available seats from Australia and the US increase by 36% and 25% respectively in the last decade.
