Qantas to restructure marketing and loyalty segments

    Qantas plans to restructure parts of its marketing and loyalty segments, including its Red Planet business, to improve focus on customer experience and reduce costs (AdNews, 04-Dec-2018). The carrier stated: “Qantas is an organisation of 30,000 people so we do make adjustments to structure and roles from time to time”, adding the changes “might result in a reduction in some types of roles but growth in others”.
