Qantas announced (07-Feb-2019) plans to implement changes to its complimentary chauffeur drive service due to low utilisation in select markets, with the service no longer available in New Zealand or Singapore from 01-Mar-2019. For passengers arriving/departing London, mileage allowance will move from 70 miles to 50 miles from the airport, with passengers required to pay drivers if allowance is exceeded.
